A basket of wooden food that splits and joins with a satisfying click, ready to be chopped, served, and cooked up in pretend. It is the heart of any play kitchen and a game children return to again and again.

Slicing with the wooden knife builds hand-eye coordination and a careful, controlled grip, while the pretend cooking opens up imaginative play, role play, and the language of preparing and sharing a meal. It is rich, open-ended play that grows with your child.

Made from smooth solid wood, it is a durable, screen-free set built to be handed down.

Good to know: made from wood. Best for ages 2 and up.
