We want every toy to earn its place in your home. If it doesn't, sending it back is easy.

Our 30-day return guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. No lengthy forms, no interrogation. If it isn't right for your child, that's reason enough.

How to start a return

Email tinymindsmontessori@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with simple instructions.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of return shipping. We'll give you the return address and clear instructions when you get in touch. Damaged or faulty items are a different story, see below, we cover those in full.

Condition

We ask that returned items come back in reusable condition with their original packaging where possible. Normal signs of a child trying a toy are completely fine. We're parents too.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund straight away. You won't need to return a damaged item first, and there's no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different theme, size, or a toy for a different stage? Let us know when you start your return and we'll help you swap it for the right one.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
