Collection: 3-5 Years — Preschool

Between three and five, children enter the sensitive period for writing, number sense, and social reasoning. Their hands are ready for pencil grip and scissor work. Their minds are starting to hold abstract concepts — that five objects and the symbol "5" mean the same thing, that letters make sounds that make words. This is also when imaginative play deepens and children begin to negotiate rules with each other.

The toys here support that transition from concrete to abstract: sandpaper letters, number rods, lacing and cutting sets, and open-ended building materials. These are tools for children who are ready to work, not just play. Every toy in this collection is CE and ASTM certified, with lab reports available on request.
